I feel that I have constructed this image In a number of ways from the Camera Obscura of the outside world being projected into the room.

Again I am using the image of Keiron as I felt this image has the most amount of constructed elements of all my images so far.

I feel that I have constructed this image In a number of ways from the Camera Obscura of the outside world being projected into the room. The room itself which Is Kieron’s son’s room, to the placement of the piano to make the viewer more aware that its a child’s room.   The technical side of the project so far has been around positioning and framing of the image, whilst developing the understanding of the Camera Obscura, from exposure times to where to position the pinhole to get the best projection within the room.

I have recently discovered that different viewers take different meanings from the above image of Kieron. Something I always question when I view other photographer’s work, Is that is this being presented as the photographer intended, have they managed to get their ideal and underlying context across. For me, this falls under the category of construction of the image.

My project at this time is based on human relation to the exterior world, with the projection on the exterior into the interior It plays on the surrealness of everyday life of a person, whether they are trying to escape from the daily woes of this world or embrace them.  I feel this follows through my practice so far. Even though now I am thinking of taking it in a different direction.
